Welcome to the Hanwell 'Our Bigger Story' website. This is part of the multi media evaluation of 15 Big Local areas in England. The website is an opportunity to follow what is changing in Hanwell as a result of Big Local over a ten year period.
The aim of the website is to share the learning from everything that is happening in Hanwell with other Big Local areas and highlight what works in communities with a wider audience of practitioners and policy makers.
Are you and your children bored at home! Then look out for signs for the "Teddy bear hunt' and "Growing Kits' when you go out for your daily walk. Growing Kits: Vanessa has left today 50 "Growing Kits' at Paddington Court, Copley Close and Gurnell Grove (near the children's play area) for local residents to take away so look out for these Growing kits! Teddy Bear Hunt: Vanessa has put 10 teddy bears around Copley Wood (entrance near Chayne Path, Copley) and she also has attached the signs for the teddy bear hunt so explore around the woods and make up stories about how the bears got there and what game the bears are playing when you found them.
