Welcome to the Hanwell 'Our Bigger Story' website. This is part of the multi media evaluation of 15 Big Local areas in England. The website is an opportunity to follow what is changing in Hanwell as a result of Big Local over a ten year period.
The aim of the website is to share the learning from everything that is happening in Hanwell with other Big Local areas and highlight what works in communities with a wider audience of practitioners and policy makers.
The After School Club children have been having fun with some new equipment that we brought they are planning a little treasure walk so they can use the metal detectors. We have had a Halloween party and carved some pumpkins this was a big hit with the children we have a variety of arts and crafts projects ready for Christmas, along with cooking activities, sports activities, and much more! The children got to experience learning how to do Break dancing and Karate! A few comments from the children, "I've made new friends since coming here" "I love coming here to hang out with my friends" "I like doing the arts and crafts projects"
